01 - Description of the available indoor areas (booths pavilion)  

Size of the available indoor areas:
09 m² 18 m² 27 36 m²

1a -  Indoor areas with basic assembly include:

  • Carpeted floor;
  • Modular Walls in TS panel, framed with
    aluminum profiles;
  •  01 100 watts spot light for each 3m²;
  • 2 mains sockets: 110 volts and 220 volts.
  • 2 - Outdoor areas with 18m² booth
  • 1 retro illuminated frontage with spot light
    containing up to 30 characters
  • (Helvetica black letters) without logo
  • Cleaning services

02 - Description of the outdoor areas with 18m² Booth

  • Elevated floor in wood, carpeted

  • Dividing walls of white TS plates inserted in glass panels;

  • Roof with asbestos tiles of being the roof built with trelliswork and closed with white drywall plates;

  • Illumination with 40watts fluorescent lamps;

  • Frontage built in drywall panels fixed in aluminum profiles and crossbars;

  • It will be applied 04 logos in adhesive letters.

Inclui ainda:

  • 01 support bench

  • 01 meeting table

  • 03 chairs

  • 01 low closet

  • 01 high bench

  • 01 dustbin

  • Air Conditioning / Booth Cleaning

 


 

03 - OPPORTUNITY OF GENERAL SPONSRING 

BENEFITS:

  • Free space for Booth Own Assembly, to choose:
     o Purple Section - 60m² free area for booth assembly;
     o Yellow Section - 18m² booth + 155m² of free area (area with booth already mounted )
     o Pavilion - 36m² free area for booth assembly.

  • Space for own banners display (up to 10) – measures 2,20 x 0,60 m ;

  • Space for own blimps display (up to 03);

  • Space in the PA Service - 16 announcements / 04 times per day.

  • Logo display:
     o Event Entrance Porch;

     o Outdoors (03) placed in the city 30 days prior to the event;

05 - T05 - REGISTRATION RATE - Indirect Exhibitor - MANDATORY

  • The Direct Exhibitor should obligatorily inform the names of the companies that will be exposing in its booth.

  • The Indirect Exhibitor should pay: R$ 1.680,00 - regarding the taxes:
    Electricity / Cleaning / Security / Official Catalog / Exhibitor and Parking Badges.

  • The amount will give right to the Indirect Exhibitor to receive:
       03 exhibitor badges
       02 parking badges
       02 copies of the Official catalog
       Company Insert ion in the Official Catalog
